The Campaign for an American Solution was launched today by America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). The national grassroots campaign is an educational initiative to build support for healthcare reform. The campaign stresses coverage, quality, portability, choice, and value.

Karen Ignagni, president and CEO of AHIP, stated “It is unacceptable that 47 million Americans are uninsured. We look forward to hearing directly from the people of Columbus about their personal experiences and to sharing idea about fixing health care.” Today’s kickoff included a roundtable discussion.
